Lead with Love – Healing with Horses

Welcome
You may have lost touch with yourself. You may feel numb, overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply tired of carrying it all alone.

Here, there’s space for that.

Whether you’re healing from pain, rebuilding after heartbreak, or longing for a deeper sense of connection, Lead with Love is a place where you can begin again — with gentleness, honesty, and support.
Together, with the quiet presence of horses and the calm of nature, we’ll explore a new way of being — one that feels true to you.

My Story
I created Lead with Love because I know what it’s like to feel lost.

As a child, I didn’t have safe people in my life. I was isolated and neglected, and the only comfort I found was with the horses who lived nearby. Their quiet presence carried me through.

Years later, I found myself in a long, toxic relationship. Again, I felt like I had no one. But this time, I had horses of my own, and it was through them that I began to heal.

Four years ago, I decided to rebuild my life. Slowly, with the help of my horses and a lot of inner work, I came back to myself. And what I’ve learned is this:

  • We all need connection — not just to others, but to ourselves.
  • We need safety.
  • We need presence.
  • We need places where our nervous systems can finally rest.

That’s what I’ve built here. And that’s what I now offer to you.

My Values
Everything begins with love.

I believe that healing happens through the heart. Whether we’re working with horses, with each other, or with ourselves, it’s never about control — it’s about connection.

We weren’t meant to live in fear or survival mode. We were meant to live with open hearts — to lead with love in our relationships, our parenting, our horsemanship, and our healing.
Love is the safest, strongest place to return to. And when we lead from there, everything begins to change.

What to Expect
This is a space for you to land and begin again.

Some clients come simply to feel calm and connected. Others prefer a more structured coaching format, where we gently explore tools from Positive Psychology to support lasting change and wellbeing.

Every session begins with grounding — helping the nervous system settle so you can arrive fully in the present moment. From there, we follow what feels true for you.

This might include reconnecting with your body through gentle awareness practices. It might include time with the horses, where you can explore boundaries, connection, and presence — often for the first time.

We may work with reflective questions, values exploration, strengths-based checklists, and everyday practices that bring more joy and meaning into life. For those open to it, we can go deeper still — into the quiet space beyond the mind, where true peace and clarity begin.

You’ll be supported every step of the way, in a space that is safe, compassionate, and completely led by your needs.
Together, we’ll begin the journey of coming home to yourself and building a life that feels like yours again.

My Approach
Heart-led. Grounded. Spirit-aware.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology and am completing certifications in Positive Psychology Coaching and Equine Assisted Learning.

More than anything, what allows healing is presence. My true value lies in being rooted in the moment and walking alongside you — whether you’re ready to dive deep or simply need someone to sit with you as you begin.

For those seeking practical steps, we can explore your strengths, values, goals, and the habits that nurture long-term wellbeing. For those drawn to spiritual clarity, we can gently explore the truth of who you really are — beneath the story, beneath the mind.
However we work, everything begins with love.

Is This for You?

  • You feel lost, stuck, numb, or disconnected
  • You’ve been through abuse, grief, burnout, or deep loneliness
  • You wake with a heavy heart or no will to move
  • You feel like you’re surviving, not living
  • You sense something inside is trying to wake up, but you’re not sure how

You don’t have to know exactly what you need or have the right words. You just need to be open.
If you’re ready to begin — gently, slowly, and supported — this might be the place for you.

Next Steps
If something here resonates, I’d love to hear from you.

I work one-on-one in a private, natural setting with my horses in Carbrook. Sessions are fully customised and no horse experience is needed.
