Refund & Cancellation Policy
Equine-Assisted Coaching Sessions
I stand fully behind the integrity of my coaching work.
If, after attending a session, you genuinely feel that the experience was not beneficial or that the work is not right for you, you are welcome to contact me to discuss a refund. I would rather return your payment than continue work that does not feel supportive or aligned.
Refund requests for coaching sessions must be made within a reasonable timeframe after the session and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, in good faith and with open communication.
This policy is offered in the spirit of transparency, trust, and respect for both your time and mine.
Physical Products (Ready-Made Items)
All physical products sold through Medinaa are carefully made and checked before dispatch.
I do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or sizing issues. There are no exchanges offered for ready-made items.
In the rare event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. If the item is confirmed to be faulty, I will arrange a refund and cover the return postage costs.
