Order Timeframe

You can always find our current turnaround time at the top of the page in the pink box.
If you purchase multiple items, your turnaround will always be dictated by the product with the longest turnaround. 

The turnaround is the time it takes for orders to be posted. 

Timeframes are an estimate only! 

Here is a break down of expected turnaround times for different products:

• 10-12 weeks: Bridles, decorated halters, breastplates, large orders 
• 8-9 weeks: lead ropes, reins, dog collars, dog leashes, mane clips, saddle charms, ID tags, monkey straps, cordeos, plain halters, plain stiff halters, bracelets, earrings, keychains, leather belts, browbands, bitless noseband converters 
• 2-5 days: items in stock (due to COVID-19 we are currently only posting once a week) 

During holiday seasons these times may be delayed.
